Responsible for planning and leading 16-20 English classes a week at Genkai Senior High School in Fukuoka. I wrote the syllabus for the Cultural Understanding and Current English courses for students in their final and penultimate years. The role also involved assisting the school with international exchange activities, running an English Speaking Society, and giving promotional classes at Junior High Schools. I successfully integrated debating and critical thinking elements into the school syllabus, and introduced a new activity testing system for 1st grade students. Show less
