I worked with Calum at Riverbank on a number of different levels, covering meeting new prospects, developing projects and roadmaps for existing clients and developing internal processes for better supporting businesses and users. Calum was always focused on achieving the best results for clients as well as being a great personality in the office (as well as being a challenging pool opponent!). He was instrumental in developing and maintaining client relationships and it would be great if our paths crossed again professionally in the future.

I worked with Calum at Riverbank for about 12 months and it was an absolute pleasure. During this time he was my direct line manager as Head of Account Management. Throughout my time working together he was professional, reliable, very good at his job and someone I consider to be friend now. Calum was always well-measured, diligent, and approachable. He is a brilliant liaison between the Client and the technical team. Harvesting relevant information, understanding each side's objectives and communicating effectively. Calum always gave me enough time to hear concerns or to further develop potential service opportunities. Calum is very often a calming influence for his colleagues, admirably easing pressures and burdens at some of the more difficult times. He deals exceptionally well under pressure. I would be delighted to work with Calum again in future. The rapport is already missed.
