      My time at Experian formed part of my degree course as a placement year. I worked on Experian’s Delphi for Customer Management product which worked on monthly monitoring of client’s credit portfolio. I had to work daily with SAS and Experian’s Mainframe to create Excel reports that would be sent to the client. This allowed me to develop SAS and Excel Visual Basic skills. Over the year I learnt many key skills in office conduct and using email/telephone communication with internal and external clients.
