  Primarily responsible for the safety of customers, I deliver instruction on the correct driving techniques for multiple disciplines including track, defensive and high performance driving. My current position as senior instructor comes with greater responsibility on event days to design, implement and oversee the smooth operation, co-ordination and allocation of instructor roles as well as communicating with clients to suit their requests. Working at well-respected circuits in the Middle East has furnished me with the opportunity to learn numerous race specific roles including race control operation, circuit logistics and safety procedures. Using a wide range of skills across the whole operation means I can make clinical decisions to ensure issues are dealt with quickly. I have adapted my skills to overcome language barriers and provide clear instructions to all clients whilst keeping a positive attitude to ensure everyone has fun and stays safe on the track. I truly believe that my people skills are excellent and working in the UAE has allowed me to broaden these skills.
