  Spleodar is a non-profit, Irish language promoting organisation. They provide 3 week long Irish language immersion courses, three times throughout the summer in the Connemara Gaeltacht. I attended the Gaeltacht as a student when I was younger and was asked to work as a cinnire (leader). During my time in the Gaeltacht, I was responsible for organizing and planning the day-to-day running of the Irish Language course. If any of the students had any personal/private issues, they got in contact with me. This was all done through the Irish language. Throughout the year I mentor students on a weekly basis who are interested in working with Spleodar and I also prepare students for their oral Irish exam.
