I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Callum for several years since he joined our team as an apprentice at 17 years of age. Callum's development has been remarkable he has confidence and communication skills way beyond his years. Selling an extremely technical complex product can be challenging for anyone, but Callum has worked hard to learn his subject and demonstrates extensive knowledge and speaks with authority. Callum is now a very proficient sales professional that can sell Director level opportunities. Callum has a detailed knowledge of Sales Force and took our teams use of this product to another level. He's a self starter who can work independently or as part of a team. The sky's the limit for Callum he has a very bright future. On a personal note he's one of the good guys,, I really value his friendship.
