  I started my own freelance business in February 2020 after creating content, and consulting friends social media pages. This lead me to the idea of starting my own freelance work, which has taken off over the last couple months. Its allowed me to put all my knowledge from university into practice in real life scenarios for genuine clients. Some examples of clients I have worked with include; Personal Trainers, Gyms, Barbers, and individual social media accounts.   After completing my GCSEs back in May 2016 I started looking for part time work during the 12 week holiday period before starting my A levels. After being employed for the role of a customer assistant at Tesco, I have learnt and developed my skills within the retail industry over the last 4 years. Ive worked within many departments over the years, getting to see how the store is ran and understanding more about how Tesco operate on a day to day basis. Some of the departments I've worked on include; Checkouts, Grocery, Fresh, Backdoor and Trolleys.

  Having previously worked within Tesco for two years at my home store, I decided to transfer to Derby Tesco Metro to work along with studying my degree in Digital Marketing. This allowed me to manage my time, by creating a balance between studying, working and a social life. Working in two separate Tesco stores has given me the opportunity to meet new people, train and work within a different surrounding. Working here allowed me to experience new job roles whilst working under pressure and challenging circumstances whilst Tesco Metro were trying to "run our business more sustainably."In March 2020 I left to return to my home store due to the Covid-19 pandemic where I'm currently working now alongside my degree.
