Within this, the Frozen at Sea Fish Category is as aspect of the business that I am developing closely through both procurement and strategic improvements. This role combines strategic and creative thinking along with constant communication which are traits I would deem as my strengths. The Frozen at Sea Category is fast paced through the nature of commodity buying.In the niche industry of Fish & Chips, the sales strategy and forecasting elements makes my this role continuously engaging. Each day is a new challenge! Whether it be creating a vision for the sales force, to organising outside storage locations and stock stock movements, the diversity of this role means that I am constantly part of multi divisional team and positioned in a multi functional role.
