Callum is a thoughtful, user-centric, solution oriented, product manager. He brings a strong technical background and a focus on user experience which makes for a tremendous combination when working to solve hard problems. His ability to understand the business side is praise worthy and I've found him to be a fast learner, great listener to multiple viewpoints, and has great ability to think outside the box. He takes the strategic view and can execute the tactics necessary to get his projects to a complete state. Callum is very collaborative and team focused which makes him an absolute pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a strong, reliable PM, Callum should be at the top of your list of people to work work with.

Callum is 100% the real deal. I was lucky enough to have him long term on the Programme i was leading and he was a great asset from start to finish. It was a real pleasure to watch him grow exponentially whilst on this; moving from assisting to leading with ease. He's just as at home thrashing out a plan with the creative or tech teams as he is presenting in to C-Level clients - both of which he did successfully on multiple occasions. If any firm is looking for a Leader level BC with experience and skills that run the full gamut of digital offering then they would be lucky to be able to bag a chap like Callum.

Publicis Sapient Global Markets is a leading provider of services to today's financial and commodity markets, providing full range of capabilities to help clients grow and enhance their businesses. Designing and delivering high-impact solutions for the opportunities and issues of today's dynamic global marketplace. During his time at Publicis Sapient, Callum was working with a global CPG client. Here he ran design teams and oversaw the creative delivery of a design system, rebrand and the foundations of a product launch as well as a frequent iterative enhancements to features and pages. Throughout his time he overhauled the ways of working across the full client engagement consisting of approximately half a dozen teams. The transition to a streamlined, more collaborative approach mitigated the impact of the mass transition to working from home which happened shortly after. The client stated that our team was the only third party they worked with who didn't see a fall in productivity during this change; this is generally attributed to our changes in ways of working. Callum was the product manager of two teams which both had ambitious aims and demanding deadlines. These teams had significant cross-dependencies which required considered planning and strong roadmapping to ensure blocking dependencies were minimised and the teams could collaborate effectively. A simultaneous digital rebrand and industry changing new flagship product meant considerable stakeholder management of senior stakeholders was required to maintain buy-in.

Thames Water, is a large private utility company responsible for the public water supply and waste water treatment in most of Greater London, Luton, the Thames Valley, Surrey, Gloucestershire, north Wiltshire, far west Kent, and some other parts of England Callum worked as an agile business analyst in a digital business transformation programme. He worked closely with functional consultants, developers and SMEs to design and build digital solutions in a real-time integrated SAP self-serve channel. He worked across the full end to end process from developing a business case, requirement elicitation and research, to designing and prototyping journeys and solutioning them into delivery. Frequent feedback loops were utilised from user feedback to drive decision making in backlog prioritisation which permitted a rudimentary 'test and learn' facet to the development plan.
