Blue Sky Fund is a local Richmond non-profit based in Church Hill with the mission to provide transformational experiences for urban youth through outdoor education. As an explorer educator, I worked with seven different Richmond Public Schools grades 3 through 5 to provide outdoor experiential learning by teaching towards their science standards of learning. I used my Spanish skills to include ESL children and acted as a positive role model for the students.
