  As a Circulation Supervisor I managed not only the front desk of the campus library but also helped manage "behind the scenes". I led a group of student workers and resolved any issues, were they to arise. I communicated with staff, professors, contractors, team members and students. I managed inter-library loans and led tours of the building. I assigned tasks fitting every team member's skill sets daily and was responsible for opening and closing the building.
