I have worked with Callie at FIG for nearly 9 years and in that time I have seen her grow from designer to Studio Manager. She is organised and methodical which means she was best placed to go from being a senior designer to managing four designers and a web developer in a busy agency. She worked closely with the accounts team to make sure project deadlines were met and everything ran smoothly. At times having to problem solve and rework schedules to accommodate clients. Callie is creative and passionate about what she does and she was dedicated to helping her team grow and succeed. Over these years we have both been through lots professionally and personally and Callie has become a real friend. She is just a great person to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.

Callie is an absolutely exceptional manager and creative designer. During my time at FIG she simultaneously managed the design and web team whilst serving on FIGs senior management team. She is a highly talented Senior Designer, after sitting next to her for 4 years I am going to miss being able to turn to my left to ask for her design opinions or take advantage of her scrupulous eye for detail. Callie's time management is second to none, on countless occasions I witnessed her manage the delivery of multiple large scale projects simultaneously, whilst maintaining a healthy and positive work culture within the studio. Her passion for the work was only matched by her compassion for her team, I felt I could approach Callie with any issue and it would be met with support and solutions. The processes she put in place for training and development allowed me to grow my skill level more then I thought possible. She always made me feel listened to and valued as a member of the team. I give Callie my highest recommendation as a manager and designer, she is gem of an asset to any business.
