  Mrs. Barcus serves as JBI’s Title IV-E Time Study Supervisor in the Title IV-E Operations division. Mrs. Barcus was part of the team that developed the nationally recognized JBI RMS. Mrs. Barcus played a large part in developing the external features of convenience that makes JBI the standard bearer for RMS user friendliness. Mrs. Barcus is currently managing Time Studies for over one hundred IV-E Administrative Claims in seven states, and she helps assure the valid, compliant completion of every quarterly time study. Prior to working at JBI, she was a Juvenile Probation Officer in Ellis County, TX. Mrs. Barcus earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of Oklahoma. Show less
