Customer Service Specialist

May 2009 - Aug 2009
While working for Toni&Guy, customer service was a major part of my job responsibilities. I was the first person they would see and the last. I was in charge of opening and closing the store, I was also in charge of booking appointments for the customers and make reminder calls daily. I also worked closely with the retail manager by keeping inventory of stock. We all were a close team and it was a great experience to work with so many unique minds. Office Clerk

Jul 2006 - Jul 2008
I began working at Shell through a high school program my senior year, and was asked back to work the summer after my freshman college year as an intern. My duties consisted of working directly under the assistant to the manager of the Exploration & Production department, while assisting multiple individuals who needed my assistance with any sort of task. I primarily performed computer work that required knowledge of many different programs. My daily responsibilities consisted of copying, distributing reports, faxing, ordering supplies, organizing, running errands, order food for lunch-ins or other important meetings. This job was a great experience and taught me not to take opportunities like these for granted, and learn from very successful people.
