As a front desk attendant, I handled multiple jobs at the same time. I delivered incredible customer service in a very up-tempo environment. Through hundreds of interactions, daily phone calls and emails, I always provided the utmost efficiency and communication between anyone involved. I kept the space organized and tidy at all times for easy accessibility who may need to step behind the desk. At RWS, I had the opportunity to both work for, collaborate and workshop with creatives on new developments. It was a very fast paced environment with changes at every corner but it was so rewarding to see a final product so many were involved with. I later got other opportunities to record background vocals for their production shows as well as going out on their new project ship for MSC cruises. While being a performer for Royal Caribbean, I learned so much more about working with people of many different nationalities, the importance of communication and fast adaptation to changes. I also was able to help out in different environments like art auctions and Wi-Fi sales on board. This allowed me to break free of my usual norm and get to be more face to face with guests. I worked in a very busy environment that consistently kept me on my toes. I loved getting to meet new customers as well as chatting and creating good relationships with the regulars. I pride myself in learning new skills and making sure the café ran smoothly in the front and back of the house when only 2 people were on shift.
