I monitored and ensured that the development is done as per the specification without violating government standards. I acted as a liaison with local authorities, clients and all the entities implicated in the projects. I coordinated and supervised engineers, workers, contractors, staffs under me and made the process clear that I get the report of daily activity of each staff by end of day. I used cost evaluation techniques and calculations and ensured that the projects cost is kept the minimum without losing quality and efficiency. My goal is that the projects objectives are met within the estimated duration.
