I've worked alongside Caleb for over a year and I've seen him demonstrate true teamsmanship, a proactive desire to learn, and a willingness take on new responsibilities. Caleb's mastery for both his core role, and the projects that extend beyond it, have been critical to Javelin's growth. In fact, him taking on more thought leadership and new business aligned with a positive increase in client satisfaction. This rare mix of productivity and ambition sets a great example for the rest of the team, and explains why everyone loves working with Caleb - no matter where they fall on the org chart. While Caleb's work has continued to pay dividends long past his tenure here, I certainly will miss working with him every day. I have only optimistic predictions for his career trajectory.

Caleb is an incredible addition to any strategy team! During our time working together he quickly proved that he has a unique combination of strategic skill sets to apply to the advertising/marketing space. He’s a data guru, capable of turning numbers into stories and strategic opportunities. He also gets people – what makes them tick, what trends in culture are influencing behavior, and how to connect with consumers on an emotional level. On top of that he’s a great presenter and storyteller, and a great team player that everyone enjoyed being around! I think his experience prior to Javelin clearly benefited him (and our team) in a number of ways: 1) Incredible work ethic, 2) Incredible attitude, 3) Incredible confidence and strategic leadership in the workplace. Would highly recommend Caleb to anyone who is looking to grow and lead their strategy team.
