A postbaccalaureate biomedical research fellow in the laboratory of Dr. Nita-Lazar, Functional Cellular Networks Section, Laboratory of Immune System Biology (LISB), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), National Institutes of Health (NIH). I conducted a proteomic analysis of the myddosome (MyD88 signaling complex) in cell signaling cascades of the Toll-Like Receptor (TLR) activation and cellular mechanism behind sepsis from various Pathogen Associated Molecular Patterns (PAMPS) representing a spectrum of sepsis causing organisms. Studying myddosome Spatio-temporal dynamics in immune activated, bone marrow-derived murine macrophages utilizing western blot and LC-MS based techniques. While a research fellow, I also contributed to two review papers on mass spectronomy-based techniques in multi-omic research (Gillen et al., 2020) and a chapter on sub-cellular MS-based techniques for spatio-temporal proteomic analysis that is currently under review (Tucholski et al. [under review]). Show less
