  I execute and not limited to the responsibilities herein: Respond to clients' inquiries. Calm dissatisfied customers. Update clients' about the issues affecting their accounts. Provide the correct product and service information to potential clients. Process orders, forms and applications. Identify and escalate priority issues. Answer calls and route to appropriate resource where necessary and complete call logs and reports. Working closely with Team Leaders to provide solutions to clients' issues and come up with ways of enhancing the customer experience. Contact customers on any issues identified as concerns from JTL such as overdue accounts and compromised networks.
