      Most recently, I was a member of the Public Sector Summit Team. A group of expert customer success managers working with engagements for customers to improve the investment of their organization into the Salesforce platform. I was brought on the team for my technical expertise. I would often help customers understand the technical debt of their systems and construct a plan for resolution as well as bring best practices in place to avoid accumulating debt in the future. As a technical architect, I've architected applications on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and B2B Commerce Cloud. These projects have had lots of attention paid to integrations, sharing, and devops pipeline. One instance of this was leading architecture and technical design services for a B2C Commerce Store built using Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud. I also lead the implementation team for the platform, ensuring developers know what technologies should be used and keeping them unblocked and able to continue development. Internally, I lead the development best-practices team. I work on documentation outlining our style guides and recommended system-design strategies. I work to encourage developers throughout the company to write code well and provide an exceptional product to our customers. Additionally, I have led development for an internal business-class ethernet sales tool, a customer-facing support page for a consumer goods company, an internal support tool for creating hotel reservations, and a financial tracking application for a construction company. I've created demos for some public sector clients as well such as USPS and FDA. I also help with leading development education sessions, inter-office code reviews, and the technical screening process for recruitment.
