I've had the pleasure of working with Caleb for roughly 13 years. Caleb is possibly one of the most impressive individuals I've ever worked with. He is the rare combination of astonishing intellect, unyielding drive and work ethic, creativity, technical acumen, and customer focus. Caleb is a proven leader who leads by example. No matter how complex a situation might be, Caleb is consistently able to pull off the impossible and he makes it look easy. Caleb is a born problem solver who has a seemingly insatiable drive to learn and is naturally wired as a "can do" person. He is forever searching for ways on how something can be done, not why it can't be. When others shy away, nothing is ever too difficult or too complex where Caleb takes these challenges head on. I highly recommend Caleb as both a valued professional and as a friend, and I sincerely hope that I am blessed to work with him again in the future.
