  I run and operate the youth group for the middle school at Authentic Life Church. Led, structured, and communicated weekly gatherings for middle school students as well as large-scale activities such as youth events, camps, retreats, etc. Responsibilities included preparing and delivering teachings in addition to other responsibilities. Developed and led adult and high school volunteers in their leadership and personal growth. Youth group is typically 50-60 people in total with about 10 adult volunteers on a weekly basis.
