Bio
Don Grubbs
Caleb Monteil is a highly energetic and motivated business solution developer. We worked together on a project for a CSU course where in three two-week sprints we led a team in developing a solid business application in the cloud, complete with a modern user interface, data integrity, and hardened with security defenses. I have rarely worked in industry or academics with a more skilled and highly motivated individual. Caleb is tenacious in solving problems, clever in solution creation and persistent throughout the development, testing, and deployment process.

My Military Occupational Specialty was a 1341 Engineer Equipment Mechanic. My mission included enhancing unit readiness, increasing operational availability of equipment and reviewing commanders' accountability, reporting, and maintenance management practices. I held several leadership positions while stationed at Camp Pendleton which included: maintenance quality control manager, engineer equipment licensing officer, inventory control manager, tool room manager, and served as a platoon sergeant for my shop. I received several awards and a meritorious promotion for being a top performer. The shop I was assigned to was a smaller shop with limited equipment, but I maintained several licenses for heavy-equipment operation. The equipment I was licensed for included: Terex TX51-19M All-Terrain forklift, Extendable Boom Forklift Truck, and the 624KR TRAM. There was a lot of equipment, but not a lot of personnel specifically assigned for operation and maintenance. This provided the opportunity for cross-training with utilities equipment. Some of the equipment included: 3, 5, 10, 30, 60, and 100kw engine generator sets, 3 and 5 ton HVAC systems, 120/240 volt floodlight sets, and bulk fuel storage containers. Show less
