      PLD_Phoenix administration- Central Calendar Support• Sort and distribute training resources and dispatch it to central PLD trainers and facilitators.• Send upcoming workshops emails.• Send pre-workshop emails• Send approve/reject registrations for upcoming workshop emails• Send urgent reminder approve/reject registrations for upcoming workshop emails• Check attendance has been marked for the central calendar workshops by the trainers. Make sure the number of registrations allowed on Phoenix is reduced by the number registered on the google form. THIS IS ONLY FOR SCHOOLS WHO ARE NOT ON PHOENIX(SZPAA & SZPAG). • Send manual evaluation form for managed schools to attendees of workshops to complete within 7 days.• Check the evaluations received on manual evaluation form and create and send certificates.• Send pre workshop emails for Leadership / TTT/TQA/TPT programmes with pre work resources• Collate evaluation data from PHOENIX and the manual google evaluation and add to the Power BI to the Monthly data• Send an email to Central Calendar workshop trainers asking them to return resources and to forward pictures of workshops.
