Bio
Bill Wellington
Caleb is a great guy to work with. He is bright, and he catches on to new concepts very quickly. and him a problem, and Caleb will work until the problem is solved - then he comes back to you with multiple solutions. I would look forward to working with Caleb again.
Michael Knowles
Caleb worked for me over a nine-month, part time internship. In that time he transformed the workflow not just of our IT department, but of our entire development process. Quickly picking up on new processes and technologies, Caleb built a system that caused all of our systems to self document, taking us from not trusting documentation to QA and dev critically relying on it almost overnight, additionally allowing much easier collaboration between remote offices around the world. Caleb is the sort of person that can take a kernel of an idea and grow that to completion into a fully formed system, with little guidance beyond the initial scoping. He's easily the most effective intern I've ever managed, and is poised only to do greater things.

Site Reliability Engineer

Jul 2018 - Present
Responsible in helping to keep servers (and the sites hosted on them) running smoothly. Also occasionally tasked with creating automated processes to either aid other departments (ex: a Slack-based bot that takes queries from users and gives them database access based on approved access), or monitoring scripts to keep track of data that we otherwise wouldn't easily be able to keep tabs on. Helping to get the software out the door, while making the other attached documents in the package look good for the client. Also maintained the automated server documentation service I built as an IT intern (known as "Autodocs") as well as a suite of other automated tools (including one that writes DNS names via AWS API so we don't need to use arbitrary IPs).

Creating bots to aid with tedious stuff that would otherwise take too long to do manually. These bots automate documentation, keep track of outdated Okta passwords, display information related to Skytap storage and usage, return tweets with mentions to Fulcrum, etc.
