We are primarily a boot company so much of my day to day entails fitting and assisting customers with boots. When customers try on boots it is my role to communicate what they should be experiencing as far as feel and take the feedback they give to determine if the boot fits appropriately. Assist customers in finding boots, clothes, and other accessories that fit their needs is mostly what my job entails. I am also tasked with other general duties to help the store stay organized and perform. Some of those tasks include engraving items, receiving items, stocking, cleaning, and other general everyday things. Show less

I worked on an assembly line building Tundras and Tacomas. We had 4 different processes where we would install various things on the truck. Some of which included the carpet, front glass, back glass, weather strips, and various other garnishes. I worked on an assembly line building Tundras and Tacomas. I worked as a general Inventory/warehouse associate. I would unload and load trucks. One type of truck was general products which was high in volume. The other truck I was given the responsibility of was called white goods and included large TVs, appliances, and other large items. This truck also had items that we had to send back that were large in size as well. My daily tasks were finding and shipping orders that came in online, helping customers load items, and various reports that ensured out inventory was accurate. I also worked in Loss Prevention occasionally when that position needed to be filled. In this role my responsibility was to greet customers, ensure products going out were paid for, and monitor cameras to identify theft. Show less

My main roll was to stock product that came in on a daily truck, but I also did general retail duties on top of that including, selling, ringing out customers, and greeting customers. We had a couple reports that needed to be done daily to ensure products were stocked, inventory was accurate, and that our store was in overall good condition.
