Caleb has been absolute rockstar since his first day at Squarespace. We started together as peers in the Advisor role, and without fail, he has remained a top performer globally year in and year out across all KPIs and expectations and continually pushes himself to improve in his role. Over the years he has tackled numerous impactful initiatives including helping us launch our first Pride celebration programming in Portland, providing Webinars support for customers, contributing to DEI initiatives as a ERG Co-Chair, mentorship of countless new hires and training classes, and more. When I moved into my role as a people manager, I had the pleasure of managing Caleb and I could not have made this big career transition without his unwavering support. With his vast product knowledge and soft skills, I knew I could rely on Caleb to be a leader and champion of change on our team. His teammates, peers, and managers have been so fortunate to have him as a resource over the years.
