Among many things, Caleb is notably determined and eager. Eager to gain the trust of his fellow coworkers, creatives and leadership through his determination to put his very best foot forward. Caleb never ceases to put the best of his abilities and thinking into every project, no matter how small the task. He handles circumstances and challenges with thought and poise far beyond his experience with a maturity beyond his years. Throw in talent and good taste into the equation and you have an art director, designer, creative, employee, and person that any agency would be fortunate to have on their team.

I had the fortunate opportunity to work together with Caleb on a number of different clients and projects at the Infinite Agency. And in my experience, while Caleb is certainly a supremely adept designer and art director, his skills and expertise extend beyond simple visual communication. Simply put, Caleb is a creative. His ability to not only understand and process effective copy, but to also provide an additional perspective, suggestion or improvement that was always on brand and on strategy, added a unique and dynamic element to our team. Caleb's work ethic is inspiring. I could always count on Caleb to be several steps ahead in everything we accomplished. He is also extremely self-motivated. Whether it was late night hours to finish a project, or learning new software to become a more well-rounded creative, Caleb was always contributing and growing. I am going to miss working with Caleb, obviously because of his impressive creative talents and drive, but also because, quite frankly, the agency was a better place with him in our creative department. While it felt like it took some time for our working relationship to warm up, I quickly realized that Caleb isn't just a focused and professional co-worker, he's a friendly guy with altruistic motivations and unique quirks that make working with him a rewarding experience. Personally, I'd rather be surrounded by great people in the office than incredibly-talented individuals. Fortunately for everyone Caleb works with, he is both.

I’d like to take credit for polishing a diamond in the rough, but Caleb came to me with a maturity and understanding that I rarely see in Art Directors a few years his senior. He’s a dependable workhorse. Quick. Organized. Detailed. I can count the days I’ve beat him to the office on half a hand. Better yet, Caleb is thoughtful and strategic. He can and will explain
