  In October of 2020 Tate Boys Tire Service was acquired by GB Auto. While the acquisition proved to be difficult for many, which results in multiple employees leaving or losing their positions, I was able to adjust to the new culture and work environment. I now have had a deeper understanding of automative vehicles and how to fix issues resulting from the vehicles. With this extensive understanding of how the cars operate, I am able to convey effectively the complexity of machine parts on the vehicle to what the customer is experiencing. While building rapport with customers, I am able to successfully remedy their problem while fostering, and more importantly maintaining, a positive relationship. Show less
