I enrolled in a course taught by Dr. Connie Knapp, Professor of Database Management Systems, when completing my MBA at Pace University. Dr. Knapp was one of my favorite and most memorable professors in the 100+ undergraduate, graduate, and professional development courses and workshops I've attended over the past 20 years. Dr. Knapp has a rare combination of subject matter expertise, experience, and outstanding teaching abilities which has enabled her to excel. At Pace University she is highly respected and regarded by faculty, students, and colleagues as extremely knowledgeable and experienced in providing leadership, effectively modeling and representing complex concepts into real world applications. Throughout my career I have benefited using the principles, techniques and approaches learned from Dr. Knapp while serving many for-profit and nonprofit organizations. It is an honor and privilege to provide an outstanding recommendation to a truly exceptional professional who has made a significant impact to those who have had the good fortune to explore, experience, learn, and work with her. Connie became Interim Dean of the Seidenberg School at Pace University by receiving an overwhelming majority of votes from her peers. As one of those peers, I am happy to report that there is no one whose expertise and leadership skills comes close to those of my good friend, Connie Knapp. I am sincerely thrilled to have her as my friend, mentor and boss. She has a lot to teach me and I am proud to be one of her colleagues.
