Ben Hindmarch
Caitriona's a highly organised team lead. Her earlier career as a developer combined with her people skills and commercial awareness make her a particularly strong manager. I worked with Caitriona on a range of different projects that varied in size and budget. In all cases she made sure everyone in the production team were comfortable with their objectives and she ensured stakeholders were always fully informed. She is also great at managing developers and designers both in the office and off-shore. I very much hope to work with Caitriona again.

After only a few hours of project planning, an ambitious but realistic roadmap would be created, led by Caitriona. In addition to her fantastic work ethic she is incredibly personable.
