The Vimy Foundation is a leading voice on the First World War in Canada. Through scholarship programs and educational and commemorative initiatives, the Vimy Foundation ensures the continuation of Canada's legacy of leadership. Building the Future, inspired by the Past. Since my appointment, I have spearheaded the re-organisation and refreshment of the Vimy Foundation's vision and committed to creating and maintaining a culture of organisational excellence. In 2022, I successfully amalgamated The Vimy Foundation with the Canadian Centre for the Great War, incorporating an artifact collection of over 5,000 items and a museum function in to the Foundation's activities. I co-founded the Centre in 2014 and successfully amalgamated with The Vimy Foundation in 2022. As the museum arm of the organisation, the Centre continues to be an authority on the First World War in Canada, through its travelling exhibition program, educational initiatives, and online presence. In addition to managing a collection of over 5 000 artefacts, the Centre continues to reach Canadians in unique ways and provide new and exciting view points on the First World War.
