  I work with older adolescents and adults who are seeking support for a range of experiences, transitions, and relationship challenges. I approach therapeutic work from an eclectic and integrative perspective, drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, relational, and Imago theories. I believe the space between therapist and client is key to effective therapy, and I care deeply about forging an authentic, genuine relationship with each person who comes into my room. I am passionate about supporting couples and people in all types of relationships. As a trained Imago Therapist, I help clients gain insight into their relational dynamics, explore how their early experiences and attachments affect their present relationships, establish safety with their partners, communicate more effectively, and gain tools to repair and grow together. Using the unique and effective Imago structure, I help clients maintain an environment free from negativity and criticism, creating empathy, connection, and healing. Show less
