My job description includes: developing session plansand establishment of course goals; using various teaching methods, including demonstration and verbal instruction; observing and evaluation of students’ work in order to determine student progress or provide suggestions to promote improvement; choreographing the dances that students perform in their semi-annual recitals; and the cultivation of a positive and successful learning environment. I instruct students ranging in age from 2-18, and teach all disciplines of dance.
