I oversee GEM's Heavy Industry Program which produces global datasets, visualizations, and reports on heavy industry, especially iron and steel. Our tracker datasets are tools for nearly 1,000 users, including the United National Environmental Programme (UNEP), the World Bank, the International Energy Agency (IEA), ClimateTRACE, World Steel Association, international government ministries, investors, academics, and grassroots campaigns. Our Heavy Industry Program also hosts the Steel Data Network, a global meeting space and information sharing network for iron and steel decarbonization.
