Christiana Metzenbaum
In the year an a half that I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Caitlin Rose in the Pepperdine masters program, she has demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in both social and psychological aspects of the community populations she works with. Her volunteer efforts with a variety of organizations, including homeless women shelters, equal rights groups, and public health agencies, has provided her experience in non-profit business and the many facets required to manage a successful organization. Her knowledge and experience in public relations makes her an ideal candidate for a position requiring attention to detail, consultation with peers and the public, and time management. Caitlin is a well-rounded individual who displays respect for her co-workers, confidence in her work, and responsibility with assignments.

Caitlin is an amazing help to our non-profit organization. She is totally reliable. She quickly picks up what needs to be done, learns what she needs to know in order to do it, and has a keen sense of how she can accomplish and enhance all the tasks associated with her job. Caitlin will have a promising career in non-profit administration. I highly recommend her as a volunteer, an employee and a client advocate!
