I had specific responsibility for creating a Best Practice Contract Template for future use with our external insurance partners. This involved undertaking a mass review of our contract database, analysing individual contracts, and holding meetings with internal stakeholders, in order to collate best practice terms and contractual clauses. I also organised the participation of the Global Insurance Department in the Virgin Pulse Global Challenge, a Health and Well-being virtual team challenge that lasts for three months, with the aim of improving colleagues ‘ physical and mental health for the long term. I liaised with external and internal counterparts to coordinate distribution of devices, organisation of teams for each business area, communications both before and during the challenge, and had sole oversight for managing the challenge and answering individual queries from colleagues around the world as Team Administrator. I was solely responsible for the tracking and management of my team’s long-term tasks, designing a project plan and reaching out to each colleague individually and at regular intervals to check on progress and deliver updates accordingly at team meetings. Along with a fellow colleague, I designed and updated our Partnership Briefing Papers by undertaking a review of briefings, improving the layout, and communicating with internal stakeholders to update the relevant organisational, financial, relationship-management, product and technological details.
