Assistant Soccer Coach/Goalkeeper Coach and Assistant Director of Strength & Conditioning
-
Jul 2011 - Feb 2016
Worked full time as both an Assistant Soccer Coach and the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning. With the Women’s Soccer program I was primarily responsible for all of the goalkeeper training as well as helping with the day to day training with the full team. Managed daily office tasks - maintaining student-athlete prospect database, coordinating scheduling for all team activities, helped with team travel and food, traveled to recruiting events around the country, helped grow the recruiting database and worked closely with prospective student-athletes. As the Assistant Director of Strength & Conditioning I helped managed attendance and data tracking for all varsity sports teams. Also throughout the 5 years I specifically worked with the Soccer, Lacrosse, Fencing, Squash, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball and Golf programs. Wrote program specific year round training programs as well as winter and summer break programs. Helped design and put together a new varsity weight room, managed inventory, managed data tracking (strength numbers as well as attendance), and helped monitor make up lift times.
