      During this graduation assignment we, my classmate and I, worked on a project for the Netherlands Institute for Sustainable Packaging (KIDV). We investigated the current mushroom packaging, the blue trays with transparent lids, which are made mostly out of PS (polystyrene). We conducted a material investigation for PS and 3 other materials based on several sustainability aspects. We used this research to create an advise report in which we also discussed the production method, the closing method, the look of the packaging and communication on the packaging. We presented the results to the representatives from the KIDV and finished the project with a 9.1 out of 10. Show less
