Caitlin is a truly wonderful person to work with. I have never seen anyone with such an impressive ability to connect with a diverse group of people from throughout our institution - she knows everyone, remembers something personal about each of them, and makes an effort to maintain those connections - and it is a crucial contribution to creating a positive organizational community. Caitlin is an incredibly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at one time. She is always willing to take on new projects and additional responsibilities in an effort to continue learning and growing as a professional. Caitlin also does an excellent job of training and developing team members. She is very intelligent and always keeps the big picture in mind when addressing issues or making improvements. I have learned a lot from Caitlin over the past few years and am very grateful to have worked with her.
