Incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and respectful are just a few words to describe Caitlin. I had the privilege and opportunity to work alongside Cait and learn so much. Cait can operate at all levels, stay connected to the details, audit frequently, and is skeptical when metrics and anecdotes differ. No task is too big or too small for her. I have seen Cait accomplish more with less, super resourceful, and self-sufficient. Almost immediately, I recognized Cait’s leadership qualities such as creating and communicating bold directions that inspired me to deliver results. I was particularly impressed by Cait’s ability to think differently and look around corners for creative ways to recruit seamlessly across departments. Cait is a breath of fresh air to work with!
