  As Operations Manager I oversaw the complete workings of the not for profit from the implementation and management of projects on the ground in Uganda, and the strategic, fundraising, compliance and administrative directions of the organization in Sydney. This including the application and management of implementing a deductible gift recipient program for LMF, and managing a growing team. I also oversaw the application on behalf of LMF to ACFID for Code of Conduct signatory status. This included the management of procedures and policy implementation, and the establishment of new codes of conduct for staff and volunteers.I also conducted several monitoring and evaluation trips during this period, and managed small teams of private contractors to also perform monitoring and evaluation.I managed and helped to increase the capacity of our staff on the ground in Uganda, and ensured stakeholders in both countries were functioning at full strength.
