When it came to recruiting Risk team members over a tight time schedule into Faire, Caitlin single handedly did an incredibly job in achieving this goal for the business. Not only was she extremely diligent when speaking to potential recruits and candidates but she made the whole process incredibly seamless, from start to finish. This is the easiest recommendation I’ve ever given — Cait is one of a kind and I wish we could keep her at Faire. It’s hard to know where to start. Cait can do everything from scheduling her own interviews to sourcing strong candidates to moving candidates successfully through the process as a full cycle recruiter. She can work autonomously without guidance but is also an incredibly strong team player. Cait has consistently gotten strong feedback from hiring managers across departments on her ability to manage a strong pipeline and provide a strong candidate experience. I'd say that Cait's superpowers involve 1) creating a stellar candidate experience, and really being able to understand unique candidate needs throughout the process as well as 2) being able to understand new roles very quickly and being to translate those learnings into strong pipelines very quickly.
