      • Oct 2019 - Mar 2020

This 6-month project placement positioned me to develop my skills as a project manager and as a team member at a mental health forensic hospital. Being tasked with designing a feasible business that would both operate onsite and employ patients, I was required to liaise with different stakeholders, extend my learning of business management, and coordinate with a project partner. As a result, a coffee cart group program was established to increase patients' vocational skills and experience which is set to begin in July 2020.
