My roles as a Law Clerk included digital filing using a robust legal practice development and management system, general administration (eg: drafting email correspondence to clients, preparing and delivering legal documents to Chambers and the Courts, attending to filing at the Courts, photocopying, scanning and binding documents, daily banking and incoming/outgoing mail etc.), and ad hoc PA and office duties. KGS is an iconic all-in-one cafe/corner shop/post office overlooking the Bass Coast, much loved by locals and tourists. I helped out casually in the busy KGS kitchen over three summers as a prep & service cook (2016-2018). My role as Head Cook was to prepare/cook/bake in-house the majority of menu and retail food items using the best quality organic, seasonal and local produce, and to work on service alongside the Head Chef on breakfast and lunch service.
