I have had the privilege to work with Caitlin over the years. Caitlin has been a project manager and has provided executive assistance to my international consulting practice. She is creative, self-directed, incredibly efficient and a pleasure to work with. She has a unique capacity to bring together the creativity of an artist and the focus of a manager. I would recommend her without qualification for most anything, as she is also excellent at stepping into projects and learning what she needs to learn to be able to work in those areas.

It was such a pleasure to work with Caitlin. She is wise beyond her years and can offer so much through her own life experiences which are rich and diverse. She is gifted with such clarity of thought and insight when it comes to exploring ideas, goals and priorities, whether they be personal or business related. She is as creative as she is practical and pragmatic. She helped me to reveal my own truths and always offered insightful and considers reflections. With her support, I finally created a website for my coaching practice and got clear on next steps after many years of procrastination! I would recommend her without hesitation.

We believe it is possible for people to go home from work fulfilled, energised and inspired by the contributions they are making each and every day. We challenge assumptions of what work looks like, from the way you run a meeting, to the way you think about safety, to the impact you can have on the world. Why? So everyone has the opportunity to thrive. We work with our clients to create Why-Based Organisations, where trust, care, safety and high engagement are the norm – and high performance is the outcome. Show less
