At the learning center, I assisted with tutoring children ages 3-17 in Reading and Math; however, I specialized in upper math levels. My responsibilities included organizing assignments for students to take home, helping with any unanswered questions they might have had, proctoring students during knowledge checks/tests, grading assignments, and handling any other office tasks like organizing and cleaning when needed. My duties included doing manicures, pedicures, and makeup for the girls in the party, and we would also host a mini dance party afterwards. Outside of being a party hostess and keeping the girls happy and entertained, my responsibilities included customer service with the parents, money handling through Google Square and/or cash transactions, and regular cleaning tasks.
