Caitlin went above and beyond her scope of responsibilities as an intern with Best Buddies Nevada. Her thought leadership on the development team was invaluable to its success. She thinks through systems and processes and creatively works to improve them. She works well under deadlines and holds herself and others accountable for results. Her insight and also her hard work during the planning and execution of several events for this non-profit directly impacted the overall success of these events. Our office employed a small, but diverse group of people. Effectively working and coordianting with this diverse and sometimes difficult group to accomplish a task is another strength that Caitlin brought to our team.
