Caitlin Bryant was an absolute powerhouse on our Talent Acquisition team. She got up to speed quickly and provided immediate impact by engaging with our local colleges, industry leaders, and job market to identify and entice talent. In her two years at NTAG Pacific, she acquired 17new hires and was responsible for approximately 30% of the team’s entire application submittals. Although her focus was talent acquisition, she extended her scope well beyond that into talent development and management! She searched as NTAG Pacific’s Education Services Officer, administering over 150 tests to our Sailors that are required for career advancement. A consummate team player, she led a team of four talent acquisition specialists and provided mentorship not only to those more junior on the team but to the new talent she hired. Her efforts ensured that NTAG Pacific was the only team in the western region to meet all of our hiring goals and also ensure continued health and success of the team, while increasing retention in both our command and the Navy as a whole. Caitlin will be a leadership and talent management asset to any company luck enough to hire her!

It’s my pleasure and honor to recommend Caitlin Bryant for her sales/recruiting abilities. Throughout her time with our sales team, Caitlin proved herself to be a hard-working, motivated, ambitious, charismatic, and reliable employee. Her honesty, dependability, confidence, and excellent communication skills helped her become the top Officer Recruiter in the Los Angeles area. Positive testimonials about working with Catlin have poured in from our applicants. Our team also holds her in the highest regard, not just because she’s a great person but also because she’s taken a proactive role in organizing strategic canvassing plans ensuring goals were met even with a worldwide pandemic. Her foresight and work ethic would make her an incredible asset to any team. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions at Dulce5@me.com Sincerely, Dulce A. PerezSpence BSAT, NMCTB
