Meet with students individually to review courses selection, degree advisement and transfer ability. Counsel Students on transfer ability of college credit, military credits, and other forms of credit. Assist students with writing appeals and waivers for transfer credit when courses are not fully developed by the evaluation section;Assist with recruitment and initial processing of new and prospective students through school presentations. Represent institution at job fairs, school college days, newcomer briefing, and community activities;Serve as a Professor Assistant providing 12 lecture hours and conduct class activities. Assess, supervise, and mentor the academic progress in classroom;Coordinate, schedule and maintain online student proctors; Set up and administer standardized CLEP and DSST testing;Serve as liaison and point of contact with three different military units to monitor grades, course planning, and when to apply for graduation;Monitor multiple satellite office email inboxes and direct emails within individual parties;Train and mentor new hire on day to day task, duties, policies, and evaluations;Inform and manage Honor Society; Sigma Beta Delta and Salute participants regarding attaining certain program requirement and new student to be part of the society;Graduation Coordinator by maintain duties, arranging refreshments and decorations. Direct students, faculty, and staff to the correct seating and inform students of their queue to receive their award.
